The first project for 3-d

We had one week to make a 3-d object with a vertical character. I made a falling peice of cloth. The sugeration of the movement made it vertical. This was allso september 2008.

Brownie - Film 3

This is the third film I filled with my kodak brownie box camera. It is my father, mother, sister, boyfriend and dog on the beach. Some of the pictures are doubles. I really like them. I did not really print the pictures. I just scanned the negatives. That is why there is a little colour in these black and white vieuws.

Rinus

This is part 2 of my first asignment in september. It had to be about destruction, the first thing i made was prometheus, who was destructed for making something. This one is about Rinus who got destructed for believing in something and trying to make a statement.

I made the red one first, i printed nazi and comunistic panflets and posters and painted these over in acrylic paint, the two drawings i made in my dummie in the train with black ink. Maybe I will make a good scan sometimes. You should see it as a instalation by the way. They are not seperate works.

Prometheus

Part one of the first asignment this year in sebtember. It is a view on the story of Prometheus, the greek god who created men and stole fire for them. I made it on paper wich i painted black with acrylic paint, then i drew it with pastel crayons.

Brownie, rolletje 2.

Ik heb een prachtige camera, het is een kodak brownie box camera uit 1911 en hij werkt nog steeds! Hier de eerste foto's. De ene is te donker en de ander onscherp, maar het zijn foto's en eigenlijk vind ik vooral die onscherpe nog best mooi ook.
